• Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days in India, depending on your location.

• International shipping timelines vary based on the destination and customs process.
   

3. Packaging

• All coins are securely packed in protective sleeves, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• For high-value coins, we use tamper-proof packaging.
   

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.
   

5. Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.
   

6. Delays & Responsibility

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.
